Achieving Top Personal sales is amazing! This is my 5th launch and I remember thinking at each launch that I’d love to win that award - and here I am! What’s my secret? Just being focused, persistent and determined. I am always determined to achieve my bonuses each month as they make such a difference to my earnings – and they are there to be earned! For instance, this month I knew the road tax was due on my car, so I set myself the goal in July to do my 15% and that’s what I did. BookingsI always make sure I rebook my hostesses as well as other guests at each party. I believe that offering incentives for them to bring new guests, (‘new faces’) also keeps my networks fresh. Actually, if you look at my diary, there are some weeks where it looks as though I’ve parties every night but that isn’t always the case as we all know not every party goes ahead - so to ensure I work the number of parties I want I book extras to cover those that move. And that’s how I achieve my goals! I constantly go through my diary and check any postponements have been rebooked, follow up my win a prize forms and I talk to people wherever I go. I even got a booking from the wife of the man who came to clean my sofa! Just remember to Ask! Customer ServiceCustomer service is so important in this business. I want to ensure my customers are happy and will keep coming back to me and that hostesses re-book their parties ready for the next season. Doing follow up calls really works. It’s worth remembering that our customer service sets us apart from other direct sales businesses and customers remember us for it and really appreciate us thinking of them. What you give out really does come back to you, maybe not straight away but in time. Yesterday I got an order through the post from a lady I met months ago so just goes to show it does come back to you. Working around my two wonderful daughters isn’t always easy so I use the power hour in 15 minute chunks so you can be flexible around the family and still be doing something for your business everyday. It means you’re actually being proactive rather than just thinking about it, which can be very time consuming and not productive. |
