Autumn Winter Launch 2008/9
“Another triumph!”
This was undoubtedly the best launch yet with Leaders, Associates and ‘backroom staff ‘ pulling out all the stops to make a success of what is a very demanding day.
As the new products and promotions were unveiled, the website was being updated in an all-night effort to be ready for the flood of new parties in the busiest period of the year.
The biggest cheer of the day came at the announcement of new shipping arrangements from 1st September. Delivery will now be within 7 working days, and most will be made well within this time.
We are all looking forward to a season of massive growth with earnings to match! - make sure of your share and book those parties now for a prosperous Christmas season!

WOW WOW WOW! What an amazing launch, the best yet! I am still awake, despite being extremely tired, but am on such a high! Everyone did such a great job and yet again, the morning ran like clockwork. Sarah and Tina you are fantastic! So good at organising everything - can I hire you to sort out my life!!!?
Tasha, a walking pro plus advert if ever I saw one! As Jane said, you are always happy to help and that's great 'customer care' or should I say 'leader care'! We can all learn a lot from you! :)
Helen's presentation was flawless and she gives so much information it helps me no end in boosting my sales of the new products. I'm sure every Associate feels the same. What a phenomenal collection! So good to see Sharon back and on her usual form!
And Jane, inspiring as always and a great leading lady. Who wouldn't want to be part of this company with you at the helm. You're a fabulous marketing tool - we just tell people how fab you are and they can't help but join us, even if it's just to meet you!!! Although Mike tried to blend into the background, I know I wasn't the only one who recognised how busy he was all day. I'm sure the photos will be well worth it! Thank you so much to all of you for all your hard work, it is MUCH appreciated.
Soooo many incentives thrown into such a short time too! I'll be there in Chicago! Can't wait! And Maths Whizz - like Don said, if we can't sell it now, when can we!? Customers (and Associate's!) would be mad not to take advantage of this offer. It's less than £2 p/w (less than a pint of beer or a glass of wine!) to give your child the head start in maths they so deserve!

The tables always look amazing but yesterdays were just fantastic – you really threw yourselves into it! The fancy dress looked great….and what an atmosphere! Take a bow everyone!

My boys are right now tucking into the new products. Owen loves the tool box and has tested every tool, Harry loves the Gooey Chewy Rumble Plop book and says he likes the real tongue best.

I just wanted to let you know what a fab afternoon I had at the launch on Sunday. It was well worth the 500 mile round trip.
It was so inspiring seeing all the awards that were given out and all the encouragement that is given at all levels of the business. I'm so lucky also, to be part of Tracy's Smiley Faces team. WOW, Top Personal Sales - her little speech reduced me to tears. Everyone who spoke was so obviously genuine.

I'm just writing a quick email to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to all of you for putting so much effort into preparing such an amazing launch! It felt like being at a party. I was so excited and fired up (and still am 3 days later!)
Obviously the products are brilliant: thank you so much to Helen and Jane for once more the 'the best selection ever". I had my first party yesterday (first day after new catalogue came out) with repeat customers and they loved what you put in the top-up kit. Thanks to Helen's brilliant and detailed presentation I also easily sold the new stuff which is not in the
kit.
The launch itself was such an enjoyable afternoon. I got loads of free stuff - my husband couldn't believe how much I brought back without having spent a single penny! The atmosphere was great and the tables looked amazing (Gosh!
There is serious competition out there for best decorated table!).
I brought a guest and she was very impressed: she knew the products already, but didn't know what a great company Mini IQ is! She couldn't sign up on the day because she's going on holiday for the rest of the month tomorrow, but she's ready with her application form for September. Wow! I'm going to call every single person who was even remotely interested in the business and hasn't signed up yet and invite them to the next Launch, 'cause you have to see it to believe it!
Finally, how much did you say we're now selling a Maths Whizz annual subscription for??? £99.99 was it? Again I'm going to call everyone who had a demo but didn't sign up and let them know this great news, I'm sure they won't be able to resist it (especially with children going back to school in September!)
I know you've been working very hard to put it all together, so I just wanted to say - it was worth it! THANK YOU! Please do it again.
