Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling How will my order be delivered?

All direct orders from this Mini IQ website are delivered to the address you have stated in your order, by Royal Mail or our preferred carrier. If the carrier cannot make a secure delivery, they will leave a card telling you where the parcel is or ask you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please let us know via the Contact Us section if you have a safe place where the carrier can leave your parcel if you are out.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We endeavour to make available only products which are in stock in our warehouse. your order will be shipped within 2 business days. It is our intention to deliver orders to their delivery address within 5 to 7 working days by our preferred carrier.

How much is Postage & Packing?

Standard Postage & Packing for direct orders in the UK is £2.99 per order.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days after you have made your Mini IQ order or until the item is despatched, whichever is sooner. If you wish to cancel, please let us know by email or in writing. You can request a cancellation via our Contact Us page.

If your item has already been despatched, we ask that you wait until the item is delivered and return the item.

How do I return an item?

Everyone at Mini IQ wants you to enjoy everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with anything you have received, you can return the item (and the delivery note) within 14 days to:

Please ensure that the items you return are in a clean and saleable condition. We ask that you pay for the postage of the returning item. However, when we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will refund the cost of the goods and the original postage and packing charge. This will be credited to the credit card number or debit card number with which you made the purchase. We cannot credit a different account other than the account used for the original purchase.

Please ensure the delivery note that came with the item is enclosed in the parcel and you obtain a receipt of posting from your Post Office. We will add a handling charge for items returned with postage unpaid.

If the item delivered was different from the one you ordered or if the item is faulty, please write the details on the delivery note and we will send you a replacement. In this case, we will pay the Postage & Packing for the return.

Please make sure you get a receipt from the Post Office or carrier who is returning the item to us. Please note, we may refuse to accept items returned more than 14 working days after they have been delivered to you.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Can I return unwanted DVD, video, software and games?

These types of items can be returned only if they are faulty or are delivered in a damaged state. We are not able to accept any DVD, video or computer software that has already been unwrapped, but is still in working order.

Please do not open the package if you are not fully satisfied with your decision; request a return as soon as possible.
